Sydney Lima
Sydney Lima is a model, cultural commentator, presenter and documentary filmmaker, and one of the fashion and media industries ‘go to’ figures for informed opinions across topics from mental health to online misogyny. Making her presenting debut on VICE in 2020 with the viral ‘High Society: World's Most Expensive Rehab’, her second documentary 'Criminal Planet: The Art World’s Greatest Feud' was released in 2022 on Channel 4 and Canal Plus. Her 4-part series ‘C.R.E.A.M’ shall be coming soon to VICE later this year.
In 2020, Sydney co-created the Spotify Original podcast ‘Sex, Lies and DM Slides’ alongside Gizzi Erksine which trended as #1 on Spotify and in the podcast charts. She has also written think pieces for the likes of The Sunday Times, Tatler, British Vogue, i-D, Wonderland, HERO, and LOVE magazine and collaborated with major brands including Chanel, Mulberry, De Beers, Christian Louboutin, Sandro, YSL Beauty, Reformation and Cartier, to name a few.
In 2023 Sydney Lima collaborated with Edition Hotels on a pop-culture talk series 'The Monthly Digestif'. The first event featured author Raven Smith, comedian Grace Campbell and journalist Jon Ronson. The series will run monthly throughout the year.
Sydney has also collaborated with ES Magazine and The Sunday Times Style to create viral video content exploring anything from the british public's take on the coronation, to wearing a 'duvet dress' around London. For LFW Spring/Summer ‘24, Sydney was announced by The Perfect Magazine “go-to” informer for all things fashion and culture during fashion month. Covering BTS content for clients including, Chanel, Alessandra Rich, The Perfect Magazine x Maison Valentino and many more.
